Kudos for salesperson miss Yen and team for the process of selection, installation, and defect repair. Prompt reply from her whenever i had any issues, despite i changed the designs few times and at the end still went back to the first design 😂.

Would select them again for another cabinet installation if they didnt increase their price recently 😭

We appointed Everkitchen in handling the whole carpentry work for our 'undergoing major reno' house, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Yen was my main contact throughout the entire renovation process, her patience and dedication truly stood out. She provided us with illustration through 3D designs after we met to select the materials, and was incredibly accommodating with many of our amendment requests. She's always available to answer questions and address feedback, regardless of the time. She also frequently follow up and send reminders which made the whole process feel seamless.

The installation team was impressively fast, completing the planned work ahead of schedule, and the quality of their workmanship is top-notch.

When minor issues arose in between, the team was fast in visiting to fix them, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, I found the entire package to be affordable and a great value for the quality of work + service provided. Will definitely recommend Everkitchen to friends and family!

Engaged with EverKitchen for built-in furniture for 3 storage rooms which had different functions. I really appreciate working with YenLee, from a customer service aspect, I would give 5 stars. Because YenLee takes the time to reply questions thoroughly, comes back on revision promptly, provide sound suggestion and advice based on rough design sketch to how the furniture would look like. Quality of the furniture is good and can hold heavyweight items.

Another big plus point of working with EverKitchen is that they can share furniture design specifics based on request at 10% of quotation. Some companies require a much higher upfront amount, but YenLee and EverKitchen is able to give over and beyond services even at the start of the process, which I find it important to build trust towards a company.

Installation was done properly and professionally. There was a defect we didn’t notice, and the installation team proactively addressed it another day on their own without any request from us. They also helped clean the place after they are done.

However, there are areas of I’m not fully satisfied is because I find the final product output does not fulfill the design I wanted that maximizes the functionality, due to structural reasons. I don’t find the square boxes functional and limits the things I can store in a storeroom. Secondly, initial design proposals didn’t quite make sense functionally, so owner has to be very hands on and clear on what you want to make sure you get the final outcome you want.

Overall, I would highly recommend EverKitchen as a very professional supplier to work with on built in furniture, as they really do give a peace of mind throughout the process.

I am most happy with Kumar and his team for fixing the defects. He is cheerful, friendly and helpful in explaining issues.

He is an asset to Everkitchen as he is the person we meet when we are upset. Kumar listens patiently and rectify things accordingly. He calms us down with his helpfulness, and now importantly - the speed in which he organises his team to work.

Very happy and good service from the sales lady EMILY. She was very helpful by giving ideas and really patience when we keep changing colour and design for quite a number of time!! Fast response to my queries even after work and during her off day. 👍👍👍 Also very satisfied with their sales coordinator CHUN AUN who is responsible for installation and defect, fast response and helpful!! 👍👍👍
